About Me
Movement has always been a passion of mine, and naturally I wanted to turn that passion into a profession. I combined my love of exercise and my interest in the human body by completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Physiology) at the University of Sydney.
I bring over 10 years of experience across personal training, group training, and Exercise Physiology. During this time, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients with diverse health goals, chronic conditions, and individual considerations requiring tailored exercise-based treatment and management.
My professional mission is to support women—at every age and stage—to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. I value working through each person’s unique health issues, barriers, and personal story.
I understand that committing to exercise isn’t always easy. But I also know that movement is essential for healthy ageing, longevity, and a well-functioning body and mind.
My approach is centred around you. My aim is to educate, support, and guide you through a personalised program that meets your needs and helps you feel safe to move. We all have the ability to feel better, be stronger, and reconnect with our bodies.
